His prediction that Rotherham will lose 1-0 at Deepdale on Saturday is the 13th time the former Millwall manager has backed them to lose this season.
He believes departing Preston loan goalkeeper Jordan Pickford will inspire victory for Simon Grayson's men before returning to Sunderland.

on-loan Jordan Pickford, who could return to Sunderland.
"He is an
absolutely outstanding English goalkeeper and is one of the main
reasons why Preston have the fifth best defensive record in the
league.
"I love when a young player goes out on loan and
gets playing. Just look at Jack Butland - he went on loan to
Birmingham, Leeds and Derby and he now looks a world beater. Pickford
can take great heart from Butland's achievements.
"Rotherham and Neil Redfearn deserve huge credit
for the run they've been on but Preston have already won 1-0 four
times at home this season - they should make it five to give Pickford
the perfect clean sheet send off."
