Wolves boss Kenny Jackett says Rotherham have come good
Rotherham renew their rivalry with Wolves this Saturday and visiting boss Kenny Jackett says the Millers have come good.
Neil Redfearn has guided his side to back-to-back wins which have moved them to within one point of safety and striking distance of 18th place if results go their way.
The Millers are chasing a third successive second-tier win for the first time since 2003 and welcome Jackett's men who have won just one of their last eight games.
Wolves are well-versed to battles with the Millers in recent years following two epic encounters in the 2013-14 League One season - which saw both teams promoted - while a 1-0 victory gave the Millers their first win of last season.
And with wins over Leeds and Bristol City in the bag, Jackett knows the Millers will be feeling confident.
He said: “Neil Redfearn is doing a very good job at Rotherham. After his considerable amount of time he put in the youth department at Leeds I’m sure he’s earned his chance.
“They’ve just picked up two good results and after losing quite heavily to Ipswich they’ll feel they’ve turned the corner.
“We know when we get there it’s a really good atmosphere.
“And every Championship game is a big test and of a high standard and even if sides start off poorly, you do see them change things around and then come good at some stage of the season.”
